  1. Selected monthly plan allows for an unlimited number of washes of the selected wash plan for the enrolled vehicle. Activation period is monthly.
  2. There are no refunds, credits or adjustments for days or times that a car wash is temporarily closed due to inclement weather or maintenance.
  3. Automatic monthly renewal plans will be automatically charged to member’s credit/debit card on anniversary day of the month following plan activation. Your charge will be for an entire month based upon the MONTHLY CHARGE POSTED when you made your purchase.
  4. Membership will be tracked utilizing the vehicles license plate number. Should you receive a new license plate, you must complete a transfer form so we can transfer the membership to your new vehicle. Form is available at cashier location. Instructions are included on the form. You must allow 7 days for this transfer to take effect.
  5. Restrictions may apply to commercial vehicles. Taxi cabs, livery vehicles, funeral homes, fleets and police vehicles should call member services at (203) 348-0727 for details and restrictions. Different plans are available for personal vehicles, personal vans, trucks and SUV's as well as Business Use type vehicles. Please call us for details.
  6. No other coupons or offers are valid in conjunction with the Unlimited Plan.

  8. Plan activation is available by visiting Greenwich Avenue Car Wash.
  9. To DISCONTINUE: Member must notify Greenwich Avenue Car Wash in writing at 229 Greenwich Avenue, Stamford CT 06902 or visit our location and speak with our cashier. Member must provide license plate number at time of notification. Please allow at least 7 business days before your billing date to effect cancellation. Member may continue to use Unlimited Plan until the last day of the current billing cycle. No partial refunds are available.
  10. In the event we are not able to charge a member’s credit/debit card due to an expired card or change of information, the member’s plan will be de-activated on the 1st day after his or her billing date. You can update your information with our cashier.
